Buying a home is a great responsiblity.  Not only is this typically a large financial transaction, it's such a personal decision. That's why we take our time to make certain you simply love the property!  We never try to push a square peg into a round hole.  The process (while full of "gotcha's") can be fun work and for many, a life changing experience.  It begins by setting realistic expectations about the purchase price and a targeted monthly payment during the Pre-Qualifing process.  Our caring preferred lending team (Randy Richardson and his wife, Jane Whitaker) are kind, straightforward folks.  They take some basic information that remains confidential and really coach buyers on how to make a good choice.  No pressure, just the facts. Once qualified, you and I get to go "house shopping".  It's my job to make certain your financial interests are protected during the process.  And, I do an excellent job!  I've got many, many references and will gladly share those with you.  It's also my job to make certain you understand each step along the way and what options are available.  That's where my experience and creativity can really be of benefit.  We're all on the team!
